Exclamation Manifold swap..

So I recently took the Evo to a shop to have them swap my stock manifold for the Megan racing one so I can get the stock ported. Being the idiot I am, I had them reuse the stock gaskets to save some $ while the sotck was out being ported. Now I am noticing a leak between the gasket and the head. I dont wanna spend another $325 to have them take it off to replace the gasket but I dont wanna wait til the stocker gets back either. Long story short, Can I install a new gasket myself with simple hand tools and possibly put the ported stock one back on myself when it gets here? What would this install involve and about how long would it take?

I made a similar mistake when I swapped by testpipe for a HFC. I re used the same gaskets because I didn't want wait while the new gaskets were being shipped and there was a small leak. I learned now always to make sure I have the proper materials before doing an install.
