bearings with 2.4L swap

with a 2.4L block swap, what do you guys recommend for bearings on the rods?

I'm using cosworth main and rod bearings in my 4g64.

Are you using standar 4g63 rods?

No. There are numbers of aftermarket forged rods, in varying lengths, available for building a 2.4 block.

The length of the rods does not affect the bearing choice, but the dimensions of the big ends do.

what would be the ideal rod, and most cost effective for a 4G64/4G63 hybrid. something that keeps the stock 2.4L displacement.
