Evo Intake-- whats Stealthy, but works

I am looking for an intake for the Turbo to the air box., Possibly the upper intake as well..1).Want to keep the stock airbox.. 2) Looking for stealth-- Black, factory looking.. 3) Looking for a performance increase...dont need the bling. Still have the stock battery...Have seen the BR pipes. ..Anyone running the Samco Hoses with good results..? Injen looks good--seems to have its pluses and minuses-- There have been some conversations on vibration and the MAF.. Proven options... Let's here it

Search and learn you are wasting money. Swap the licp if you want to make any power.

Thx, did the search--inconclusive, have the LICP... In the Nissans I own the intake pipe is good for 5-10 NA ponies...the Evo--same design--would think if it's Turboed would expect more then 5-10 horses... Hence the question.

Dont expect half of that. You're better off listing your mods and then someone can chime in on what you should buy next.

Or, just the WORKS drop in filter ---- there's the best bang/buck ratio.

I got a simple drop-in as well.If anything was gained, it was probably response.Being my first mod, it alone did help.I might cut the far side of the box but its still a toss-up.Too much confusion in this area here.Guess the dyno is boss.

The stock LICP bottle necks down to 1.5 inches in diameter at one point --- why? Who knows --- but that's definitely not helping the engine breathe.
