Al, are these numbers much different then what you think you were running at the track? People need to remember your pushing 3300lbs in that car and trapping 155mph that's huge.

Next time I am going for 1,000
Oh boy, I can't wait to see the video. It can't be any worse than this one can it?

Nice numbers Al, I wonder if you would have hit 1000whp if you could have revved all the way threw the power band, either way

Honestly - there is no goal

This irrational past time has no ending - only a begining often by accident the illness begins often without any plan or concious decision the path of extreme evo modification begins and consumes the participant

My only goal is to discover and learn and inhance my knowledge of high boosting big power evos

Today I took two qualifiers - the car is still giving me problems to launch off the line with the new slicks

First pass I erroneously had the two step stuck on 7800 rpms and yet I ran a 10.0 @ 122 beating another full drag evo which went only 10.2 @ 138

On thge second pass I bogged badly off the line - need to do some more work on the two step and anti lag set up for tomorrow

Despite a 2.0 60' the car went 9.9 @ 154 (again)

This engine is like the everready bunny - that Buschur is a genious he has these 1,000 whp evos about as relaible and a toyota camery

I have one more qualifier in the am and then we'll see how far I can advance in the Q16 field

Al

How do you hit fuel cut on a car with a 5 bar map? Peg the map voltage? Anywho, congrats on the numbers.

This is a two part video

First part is a shot of Brandon doing a two step exhibition with his drag evo - you can hear Eddie Bello suggesting that Brandon will "bust my ***"

The second part is me racing Brandon in the 1st round of eliminations - even though my two step was stuck on and I could only rev to 7800 in each gear (instead of 9500 normal shift point) I pulled off a 10.0 @ 122 or so to get the win

It may not be pretty but a win is a win !

It turns out that fuel cut was erroneous - the two step was stuck on

However fuel cut is adjustable on the AEM and I had mine set a bit low so we thought that may have been the problem - it turns out it was in incorrect ASSumption

I think hell may freeze over before he finishes that car

Seriously though that car is a totally differnt kind of machine - its about 2,000 lbs or so - light as a feather

Well see what happens when he gets it running
