every time i shut the car off i get this noise ..... runs fine and everything current mods are.... fuel pump, intake, upper and lower icp, mbc, manifold, o2 housing, 10.5 hotside, tbe (catless), stage 2 clutch and lightend flywheel... the sound clip is pretty decent the car is running shuts off 10 sec in the vid and the noise i was askin about is from 11sec to 14 right at the 11 sec sound is prob the clutch or flywheel stopping but the last sound right around 13 14 is what im wonderin about ...... at the very end is me takin the phone away.. the sound seems like its commin from the top of the motor more towards the intake manifold or even in the intake manifold .... thanks guys

 

If I remember correctly, my car did the same thing...it was almost like the motor was rotating still and it was just the noise of suction through the intake without the combustion drowning it out. Im going to listen to it tommorow over my reference speakers and see if I can clean it up a bit to hear it better. I wouldnt worry though

It is just releasing the rest of the air out of the system.

 

subr, thats kind of what I thought but Im a DJ by hobby...combined with cars and clubs, Im deaf and it is 4AM so I can't crank it up....


Just sounds like a pressure release...at least someone agrees with me so I dont sound typically nuts...LOL
