How do I make sure I have the new version of the megan catback?

Im just wondering if I got the right exhaust. I asked the vendor to make sure I got the newer version I think its the ML05 or something. Anyway my exhaust is far off to the right and Its getting the bumper real hot. How do I see if its the new or the old one?

If it has a resonator, then it's the new piece...also, the Megan is one of the "JDM" style exhausts meaning that it's supposed to look offset...pretty dumb IMO since it just looks like your exhaust doesn't fit...but since it's JDM then I guess it's acceptable
