Another ACD question...
Another ACD question...
Took the Evo to the dealership to have the TC replaced due to negligence from the previous owner. After the TC was replaced the dealer told me that they were unable to bleed the ACD and that I needed a new ACD pump.
Well I drove it home, which is around 5 miles. There was ATF in the reservoir before I left the dealer. On the way home only the tarmac light stayed on, which was the setting it was on, and the fluid went down almost 2\3 or more of the way. After a day or so I checked the fluid again and it had only came up to around 2\3 full.
Now, I know that after reading\searching through tons of posts on here that if your ACD pump is not working correctly, that usually all 3 ACD lights come on almost immediatly. This wasn't the case at all for me.
Is there any way that the pump could be working properly and still throw the error code when running it on the diag machine? Is there any kind of test I could do on my own to find out if the pump is working?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
