first of all, I havent done a boost leak test yet because I cant find anyone with an air tank. . But I don't think its a leak because whatever it is, its causing me to lose 13+ pounds of boost. .

You have some SERIOUS issues. Countless people have told you to ditch the VTA idea and use a proper recirculated DV and you still dont listen. Please stop posting topics asking for help. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THE E-GODS.

Your wasting alot of money troubleshooting. I thought you said you already tried the stock bov?? Take your car to an Evo mechanic.

Yes you did, I just didn't have the right adaptor at the time. You should have called me the next day like you were supposed to.

It's hard for people to diagnose you're problem when you keep giving them contradicting information

Why in the love of God are you asking about VTA BOVs that are horrible for your car? I just can't understand how you can make so many damn threads asking for help, and then you basically slap us all in the face asking about some ricey VTA crap. That's incredibly irritating.

my buddy has the rfl and i can tell you now it can leak really bad. as stated above use a DV unless your running speed density. The sound is not what makes performance.

almost all vta blow off valves have a conversion kit or can be vented back in the intake, my buddy runs on on his car works pretty damn good and doesnt leak. ppl just need to realize that some people give certain mods a bad name.

if yours is leaking just a washer or 2 to prevent the premature leakage but it seems you have a serious leak boost leak check that *****

Don'g go with the xs. I got it and it sounds awsome but drivability was bad. Between shifts was rough and my idle would bump up and down and even stall pretty offen!!!! Then I bought the APS duel vent and i love it. Its almost as loud as the xs and drivability and smoothness is just like stock. If your looking for that great sound get the APS for sure

If you insist using a vta bov, HKS has a idle stabilizer that will fix your problem. But remember, fuction > form.
