AEM Wideband gague issue...

this morning while driving i noticed my wideband gauge flashing and reading the following sequences: 11.1 - 22.2 - 33.3 - 44.4 -11.1 - 22.2 -33.3 -44.4. It did this for about 10 minutes while driving on the highway and stopped at traffic lights. Then suddenly it just started to act normal again, reading 14.7 to 15.4 at idle.

Is this a sign that the bosch sensor is shot? I've had the gague a little over a year.
