Extreme Turbo Systems - Intake System + IC Piping Installed Pictures

We've had quite a few requests for these pictures so I wanted to post them up for all to see. This is our EVO intake system coupled with our short route UICP and included recirc kit. It looks so clean, I had to share

Internal diameter of IC piping?

Internal diameter of the ports on your intercoolers?

The stock UICP is 60". Our stock battery UICP is 52" and our ultra short route UICP is 46" in length. The stock battery UICP pictured is obviously just tacked and not finish welded or coated. Here's a picture to illustrate:

Couplers are measured in ID while piping is measured in OD so that they play well together when matching up the numbers. Our standard intercooler piping for the EVO is 2.5" OD and .065" wall thickness but is available in 3" for those on huge setups.

The intake is $199 in stock MAF configuration or $189 in no MAF by itself. The UICP is $259 alone for the ultra short route version pictured. Of course these are available at additional savings in complete intercooler kits or packages.

The Type S works very well under 25psi and on the car pictured, pump gas and no more than 24psi was the goal. The Type S happened to be his BOV preference

for some reason my piping doesnt sit like that. my maf is rubbing on my uicp and scratched it all up. and once you get that uicp on it real doesnt have much room for adjustment. it only fits one way

I had the same problem at first ... I ended up loosening all of the T-bolts on the Intake Kit, and pulling it out and up and then re-tightening all the bolts back down. My issue was that I had everything pushed in too far towards the turbo, and it really became evident when I bought their Recirc Pipe and realized it was about 1.5" too short. I had to re-adjust everything and now it fits like a champ. I highly recommend you pick up the Recircp Pipe, as it really helps to line everything up!!
