Just wanted some advice from you guys who have ported the wastegate hole on your ebay 02. Mine is already installed and i really don't want to take it off the car, the install sucked. And i got a bad boost creep issue that needs to be resolved.

Can i get to it the wastegate merge hole from the downpipe side with a Dremel flex adapter? If so i will go out and buy a Dremel kit today. Any advice is appreciated, also, did you use a grinding stone or cutting bit? thanks

 

When I did this upgrade I had to port the hotside to match the O2 housing not the other way around.

Using a dremel to do this would be almost impossible on a bench. Lets just say it would take forever. Doing it on the car not practical. When you take it off you will have better luck with a die grinder.
