Turbo help?

Up front I want to appologize I have spent almost a week searching but haven't been able to find what i've been looking for. I am in the proccess of a larger build and need feedback and help on turbo selection. by the end of next week I will have all supporting mods to get a large turbo, in the next 8-10 weeks i have investment money coming back plus the addition of a second full time job and have decided to get a ams 2.0 shortblock w their race head, in a week or so I want to have a turbo kit to install before the motor so it can be tuned at ams. what I have been looking at is the buschur, ams, and ets 37R or 67 trim kits, my questions are I primarily will be running pump and meth mix and race only at the track is this turbo going to be to big to run mostly meth mix on a 2.0l and anybody running any of these kits have feedback or experience with them on meth. also the ets kit comes with a t4 flange which i'm told is laggier but has more top end i know Ifarted ran this kit and did well but does anyone know ruffly the spool difference between the t3 and t4 once again im sorry for the long post but I need to decide what turbo as I need to order an intercooler on monday and I am trying to decide the best combo any help appreciated thanks

Isnt it the turbo size itself usually the reason a t4 is laggier than a T3 not the flange? maybe i'm a little confused on the subject though.

I was told since the 35r and 67 trim are both available in t3 and t4 is the the difference is the t4 is larger flange that flows at a higher rate and uses a vband for the wastegate and that it casn flow more top end but looses earier spool, I would like input from people who have experience with both or neither to hear their feedback

I see well I'll have to pay attention and find out what the veterans say.

It really depends what your goals are with the car. I have the AMS 50 trim and love it with nearly 500 at the wheels on pump/meth. If it's just a street car, I wouldn't go any bigger than a 35r. I mean honestly, where can you use all the power? Plus, you have to think about upgrading other things with crazy horsepower a 37r would put out on high boost. Just my 2cents.

I would stick with a t3 setup better for spool up.
