HKS EVC V problem holding boost

So i have an EVC V psi version set for 25psi for my green. When i was getting some logs w/Evoscan, it showed my boost dipped to 22psi at around 4500rpm and went back up. My offset is at 100. My tuner told me that i need to mess w/the EBC a little bit to figure out what the problem is. Any suggestions? My tuner suggested to mess w/the offset somemore. Thanks

yes it seems like you need to mess with the gain on your evc. but im not sure why it would drop boost at such low rpm. does it surge up and down or does it just do the one drop and hold the 22psi.

Just does the one drop and goes back up afterwards. Should i adjust it for more or less?
