ok so as the title states i have this head noise and the car doesnt run good anymore, what i am thinking is i have a valve spring in coil bind, i have supertech springs and retainers and jun 272 cams. the car makes perfect compression jsut has this noise and doesnt run right, its a nocking type of noise now i know your told to run jun springs with the cams but they were already there. so i want some input cause its hot and i dont wanna fully pull off my head if i dont have to, i was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, and i checked all the cam cabs and all that nothing is visibly broken , thanks in advance for any help

 

Have adjustable cam gears? Sometimes the bolts loosen up and cause a loud ticking, and you will also notice lack of power.

 

no its stock cam gears, i am just gonna pull the head and stop being lazy thats what i need to do, its just so hot out and i sorda dont care
