Walbro 255
A fuel pump doesn't add torque. Who told you that?
A fuel pump just has to be able to flow enough fuel for the amount of air you will be pushing in accordance with what AFR you will be running. Since the stock turbo won't push much more than about 43lb/min, the IX pump is enough.

The Walbro is a safety mod. If you want to make big power, it becomes a necessity. Your injectors, rail, and regulator are still the same, so fuel shouldn't really change after installing a Walbro... ie, you shouldn't all of a sudden run rich.
