Does A 50 Trim Need A "built" Motor?!

Okay, I have been searching for rides here with 50 trims and some of them are built and some of them aren't... I would just like to know the limits (if people have identified it already) of the engine for that turbo. I know it is still quite small and some people are going with 35r's w/ the stock block but are somehow expecting that it will go bye-bye someday soon.
I have seen 400+hp guys running the 50 trims, but just how much are these turbos asking for in terms of internals? Do they really need 'forged' internals to make them work safely? And after a good tune, what else is needed?
And another question, when it comes to breaking in a newly rebuilt engine, how long should I wait to get the thing on the dyno and tune it?

Thanks guys, i've finished my evo... got arias pistons w/ the stock con rods. I had a hard time looking for Eagles in my country as they were all priced way too high, and as for importing them, the tax will kill me, it's more than the price of the rods.
I guess this setup will be ok for now, my goal is a daily driver that has around 370whp and would last for at least 3 years from now. I just hope it will hold up for that long since this blow up with the conrod i had a few months back really gave me some trauma.

yea me personally i would rather have the parts waiting to be installed instead of changing things one at a time. yes pistons can crack in half and cause catastrofic failure rods snap in half as well causing the same issue why not do it once and once only 370 whp daily driver can be achieved without touching the internals of your motor. locals here on race gas ar making 400+whp in there daily driven cars i am somewhere up there but not sure i choose not to dyno my car it runs good for what it has done.
Beating up pistons is in the tune. Structurally, rods are the power related weak link. Foremost the rod bolts...
