looking for ported 65mm throttle body and intake gains

I recently installed my evogreen and I'm wondering what kind of gains, if any I can expect with a ported intake and 65mm throttle body. I've been digging around the forum for some data but keep striking out.

does anyone have any data as far as what gains can be expected? perhaps a before and after dyno?

On the stock turbo we saw 8 - 10 whp

If you search under posts by David Buschur you will see that he did some R & D on that subject

Yup, stock turbo is about 10whp, bigger turbo yields more like 15whp. Search posts done by david buschur and read read read read read and you will find them.

Wow, I did not expect that much of a gain. May have to send mine out to be P/P when I send out my extra turbo manifold.

A little off topic but how much more of a gain could be expected by using a VSR or Magnus manifold and 75mm throttle body?

Or you could get it from Buschur Racing, since they went through the effort of doing the R&D!

Just called Buschur directly, spoke with Jarrod and he suggested that I might see 10-20hp and remembers some testing being done but doesn't recall where the thread would be.

Its virtually impossible to find a lot of things David Buschur says. He has THOUSANDS of threads and a lot of them are pages long. He says the word throttle, porting and 20G around 20,000 times. Doing a search is pretty much worthless when it comes to looking for refined answers such as this unless someone put the name in the thread title and you searched for it directly.

I sent a PM to Joe at PPI to see what he knows about gains with the ported intake/tb combo.

yeah I searched for keywords and came up with a billion signatures with those words in them and titles yielded no results either.

I'm repeatedly seeing 365-370awhp and 350tq in DLL so it'll be interesting to see what I can squeeze out of this setup. I'll be sure to do a nice vendor review soon, I just don't know which one it'll be, one is working with me on the ridiculous core charge, the other isn't.
