TCase or Clutch noise - horrible noise

I just had a new Cusco twin plate installed about 4k ago on my '06 w/ 27k and it just started making this awful screeching noise whenever I start from a stop. Sounds like nails on a chalkboard - just a real nasty noise like nothing I've heard before. It is definitely not the normal chatter from the twin plate clutch, this one didn't ever chatter too bad to begin with. There is no noise except for when I first start from a stop. Shifts fine, but every now and then it does lock me out of my gears when I first start the car.
Does anyone have any ideas where to start looking? I'm really about fed up with the evo's now. The thing is damn money pit and not too reliable from I have seen over the past year. I came from Honda's and never ever went thru any of these reliability issues we have everyday with the evo's.
