When you did the compression test did you unplug the crankshaft position sensor? If you didnt for some reason it will give you false readings. I comp checked my car and another one by unplugging the camshaft position sesnor and both cars were low on #3. We found out it was the wrong way and unplugged the crankshaft position sensor and now it is perfect across all 4 cylinders.

How would un plugging a different sensor, change how the valves close, and how the piston makes compression?

haha I redid my compression test, and now I am coming up with 150-152 across all 4, but this time I disconnected the crank position sensor. Why did the reading change? AHHAHAH I hate this lol.

Your supposed to do the test with TB wide open and CAS DISCONNECTED.

Firing order: 4 - 2 - 1 - 3, perhaps thats why. I noticed it takes about 7 - 8 starter revolutions to show a consistant chamber psi, which is needed. That way numbers will be like in the 180's and you know all cyl recieve equal input

Good news your car is good and your technique sucks

Well I did first test with the Tb wide open and CAS disconnected, and got low compression in cylinder 3, but when I did the second test I got good compression on all cylinders with the crank sensor unplugged and tb wide open..

Cylinder number three in the evos is known to always be low. Some more than others. If the leak down test was good and the compression did not rise with oil added I would look for your lack of power somewhere else.

Next solution, take it to a shop and have them take a look at it, sometimes 2 heads are better than 1.
