WHat is the best turbo for 100 octane

I need help deciding on a turbo size for my set up.
I have FMIC, BR TBE, BR UICP, 272/272, headstuds, 680cc inj, fuel pump, mbc, APS BOV. Stock bottom, head, intake mani, TB.
I have seen great results with 93+meth on many turbos, I don't know if 100 octane fuel can net the similar results.
I would like to know which turbo will work best with 100 octane fuel. I am looking for the best powerband and 500 dynojet horses.
Green, 50 trim, 3076, 3065, 35r ????

a 50 trim bb or a 3076r would be nice on 100 octane

Turbo size pretty much only depends on how much horsepower you want. The actual ability to get that horsepower depends on the boost pressure required. That in turn is dependent on fuel octane.

You can run a GT42 but if you're stuck with 93 octane, you're still limited to 25 psi or whatever.

Ok so what if you do not want to use meth or race gas and stick with 93 octane..what turbo at 25psi will make the best streetable power?

for an all around evo..not too much lag...

i want to build my car to be a mid 11sec drag car and also a great road race car...400whp should do it...

what can that be achieved on ? on 25 psi pump gas?

I'd say a 3065 or a 30R.

Bigger turbos require more boost to make use of there big size.

As far as powerband goes, I think that the green or 50 trim takes it. 50 trim may have a slight edge on top end at the cost of some low end. I still say the green is the ultimate daily driver street turbo for our cars though.

Green is great bang for the buck.

what is the max power to the wheels on average that can be achieved on pump with the green, no meth at 25 lbs. ?

with all the other supporting mods...bolt ons etc.

I had better results with alchy and 93 than I do with 100 octane. The alchy/meth keeps the intake temps much lower and there is added benefit from this.

The lastest and greatest hype has been E85. If available to you its the best of both worlds.

Attempting to stay on topic.... Race fuel is normally needed only for high boost. The stock turbo run ragged would benefit more from race gas than a 50 trim at the same boost level.

As for the FP Green..... It's a great choice if you are willing to purchase all supporting mods AND you have a great tuner. In all honesty I think most power hungry people will outgrow it.

I think I had better results when I had 93+ alky, but I was always worried about the alky pump failing, and I was getting an unever mixture, as my AFR were all over the board when I was on the dyno with wideband.
I just feel more confident as far as safety goes with running 100oct 24/7.

Will 100 support 30psi on a 3076 or 35r?

it is really tough to beat the fpgreen (20glt). I have it on my car and run 100oct. daily at 30+psi. On the track I run very consistant mid 11's with my best being an 11.3@121. However Im getting ready to be in the 10's.
