Drivetrain related problem ? Help

Im obviously new here. I've been lurking reading up on stuff for a while now. I bought a 2003 Silver VIII a few months back. I got a great deal on it and I love the car.

I came from the RWD world for just over 5 years. Ive had a handfull of Supra, an MR2, an Audi A4 B6, and my most recent was my X-runner. I decided I wanted turbo again, and fast on top of that so naturally it came down to the Evo or the STI. Too many STIS in my area,so I went with originality, but enough of that

I have a drivetrain, clutch, front end noise. Before anyone tells me to search, Ive been reading through 50000 pages of peoples odd noises. I coudlnt find anyones thread that sounded like my problem, everyones problem that I read is the rear end clunking, or the shifter grinding, or they solved it with something simple being loose. This is a noise, and I can feel it in the pedal

Heres the synopsis.

1st gear through 3rd gear. I leave with a normal launch, get to about 3500-4000 put in the clutch and I get the 1st noise. It's an audible noise, like something is flapping around when I put the clutch in and when I release it . I checked the clutch fork, the slave and all of that. Everything is tight as can be.

Now for the 2nd noise.

I am cruising in either 3rd or 4th gear doing 35ish. I push the throttle a little bit, and then let off and the car makes another noise like a mount or something is loose, broken. Again, I couldnt find anything loose or broken. Im not so much worried about this noise. But they almost sound the same and its driving me wild since I cant figure out what it is.

Any insight would be much appreciated

The driveshaft is the suspected culprit as of today, had it up on a lift for a little over 3 hours. I can make it make the noise on cue, and its an awful sound.

For anyone else having this problem, I will report back if the driveshaft is the problem. Going to the dealer I bought it from tomorrow to ***** at them.
