exactly as the title states.. some one was saying you can only have a certain pressure plate.. any adivce is weclome besides "search"

thanks..it seems like the exedy hd is the best... i think those specs fit what is needed for the 6sp(torque specs that is for the pressure plate)
A quarter master Twin Disc.. It's very similar to the Exedy except that the pedal is simply so much easier on your leg. It's actually just as soft as stock.. Ask the Exedy Twin guys and they'll tell you how hard that clutch is to work on when you're daily driving it.

I have the Exedy Twin HD, I love it to death and its not that hard on your leg... I guess some people like it to be effortless
Just make sure they adjust your clutch pedal properly AFTER the clutch heats up so that it doesnt stick in gear and it fully disengages! Pain in the a** I had to adjust mine once going back Sat to do it again.
Once they adjust it go drive it around for a while (at least 20 min) and make sure it is engaging and disengaging properly
