Listen to others.. PB Blaster and let it sit for a while. You should be able to take it off with an open end wrench.

Wow, a lot of advice coming here. Here's mine. It sounds like you're about to strip the threads on the o2, which would absolutely suck. If you can, try to save yourself some heartache and buy a new sensor now. If the other one comes out fine and not exposed to liquids (the pb blaster and wd 40) on the sensing element (this will ruin the sensor) and the threads intact, then you'll have a spare which you'll eventually need later.

Thanks for the replies. Tried it with the 3/4 impact again before I cut, it twisted the 02 sensor into about 40 different pieces... and the bottom portion of the 02 sensor is still in the stock exhaust.

I had my car up on jack stands for 3 days and was soaking everthing in PB Blaster from the get-go. This wasn't my first exhaust install, however was the first time I couldnt get an 02 sensor out.

trust me, pb blaster and a 7/8 wrench or 22 will do the trick...soack it up...if possible..u might want to heat it with a torch of some kind, just watch out for the wires.......

I used PB Blaster to get mine out. Mine was like stripped from factory. Replaced turbo back in 3 weeks. PITA!

its a 7/8th not 3/4ths, theres your first problem...

When I did mine it came right out with a 7/8's closed ended wrench (I disconnected the wire to get the wrench over it).

PB blaster works wonders, but a good trick that works 90% of time is to heat with a good torch (oxy.acet) the bung. But dont let it sink in to the o2, while its hot try and remove, you are basically swealing the bung to release the o2 sensor. Sometimes you can heat, then cool and it will still breaklose. But try while hot.

PB blaster a hammer and a 19 or bigger open wrench did the job last weekend for me.

i had the same problem with my o2 sensor, i just unplugged it from the harness, brought the cat with the o2 sensor still stuck in it to a shop, and paid them 10 bucks to take it out for me.. they ended up getting a torch and heating it up a little first. then they just used a regular wrench and it came out. now the o2 sensor is back on my test pipe and i have no cel.
