How to remove throw out bearing from pressure plate?

How to remove throw out bearing from pressure plate?

n00b question, but ive pulled on this SOB and cant get it to come off, how do I get it off?

its a *****.. Use the clutch fork to push the bearing into the pressure plate.. Then while holding that take a long flat screwdriver and pry out between the pressure plate and the TOB.. It takes a bit but it will pop off sooner or later.

I just got done doing this over the weekend.

You can try to use another TOB with a plastic or rubber mallet,place it against the old TOB and hammer it out.That may work.

im sorry to bring this from the dead but i cant get my TOB off for the life of me... when pushing the bearing on the pressure plate did you push the FORK to the drivers side or the Passenger side?!
