I was wondering what are the advantages and disadvantages between these two turbos?? Is there even a FP Red turbo made for the Evo 8/9???

 

There isn't a FP Red turbo made for the EVOs so this would not be a valid comparison.

FPGreen= "Bolt-on" turbo upgrade
FPRed= Nonexistent for the Evo
Starting a goofball thread about them= foolish

 

actually for all you dumb a$$ dousche bags, Forced Performance IS in the process of designing a red turbo for the evo. The red will have quite a bit more lag for sure compared to the green. I've heard Sti guys say it spools slower than a gt35r....so I would assume it would be about the same for the evo. I heard it took FP 2 years to design the green for the evo, so I wouldn't expect the red to be hitting the shelves anytime soon. And Red Evil, get used to these kind of ******* people, they fill the forum.

 

Your comment isn't informative to anyone. Do you have proof the FP Red is currently under design by FP? If the FP Red spools slower than a GT35R, there would be NO point in buying this turbo. The whole purpose of the FP Green is the spooling characteristics and the power it delivers.

BTW, I've herd from a friend who knows a friend who has a neighbor that says EVOs are slower than STIs.

Fair enough. Now, REDEVILEVO9MR can call that number and ask his original question to FP himself and find out which FP turbo is better.
