Built motor time---> pics inside (56k no way)
NICE
We have pretty much the exact set-up except i run STOCK valves, L19 head studs, and instead of the cometic i ecided to o-ring the block and run the oem gasket.
We've had some trouble sealing other DSM's w/o an o-ring and cometic gaskets at hi boost and regular ARP headstuds.
We now are trying an SCE gasket and Magnus studs on that car......but the SCE gasket seems quite thick......we'll find out later this week.

Thats why im buying all this crap now, because i know soon as i graduate my lady will expect me to marry her, and then my modding days will be thin.
How the HELL you get that money while in college... I'm in college too, and that whole list of parts you have is what I want to buy as soon as I can, I'm nowhere near the money though.
i wonder the same thing! But i guess money can come from many places ie. Work, family, drugs lol.....but Credit Cards can get you buy until you realize how deep a hole they can cause you to be in
Not intended to question the posters finances as i'm sure there are tons of people with a LOT more money than I
Sometimes i wish i didn't have to own a home in 1 of the most expensive places to live while having some of the most expensive hobbies.........oh well i love it here in NORCAL
Looks like you are assembling a nice collection of parts. Use the advice of the experienced guys here and you will have a motor that will hold your power goals and treat you well.

I have 2 jobs.

2) on weekends and during holidays i wait tables at TGI Fridays..
Ask the locals in the pittsburgh forum, they will vouch for me never being anywhere but work or school
But i try to never miss a meetOne other way i make easy money is... go to goodwill auto auctions purchase beater cars like a 1995 saturn (which i had listed on here a while ago) for about $300 put about $50-200 into it and sell for about $1700 been doing that now for about 2 years... I wish my parents would buy me parts, but they really didnt like me getting the car in the first place because it was fast/unsafe to start with. that was like 500whp ago
Don't forget that gay **** series you did in 2003... I'm just sayin'.
