valve cover ? v. powdercoat

so i'm fixing to have my VC powdercoated and the guy thats doing it wants to know if there is any rubber behind the 90 where the PCV valve hooks up to, you cant tell from inside the VC itself, so i was wondering if any of you that have powdercoated your VC if you had to remove that 90?

or if you know, does it have some rubber behind that 90?

Thanks In Advance
