Which Boost Controller is BEST?
Had the Hallman in there for 3 years. Worked fine but would stick open on an occasion. Easily fixed by turning the knob to and fro a couple times. I took it out last week to clean it but never put it back in because it's much funner driving without boost control - AS LONG AS YOUR NOT KNOCKING.
I have had many, many MBC and a few EBC as well. I would recommend MBC with ceramic ball and spring loaded mechanism instead of a needle bledder mechanisn.
About 12 years ago I use to have the state of the art Greddy TVVC, in my opinion it is the best MBC quality ever made, ever, period. It is a remote(in cabin) adjustable MBC with detents on the knob so you know the increments.
I settle now for the Hallman. The Hallman and the Forged Unos are a heck of MBC, I tried them both and I like them a lot.
