Evo 9 turbo install kit for Evo 8

Where is the cheapest place to find them? Or does anyone on here have the kit they'd like to sell?

Thanks

Hmm not sure here but I got the complete 9 turbo set up with exhaust manifold and it was a direct bolt on. Had to use the pressure side pipe off the 9 turbo but that was the only thing I had to change. Lucky IDK but I haven't had an issue with it as of yet and there were no clearance problems. FWIW I reused all the gaskets also no issues or leaks.

I've heard of people manipulating the oil/coolant lines of there evo 8 turbo but the j-tube must be changed. It wll hit the starter and cause a fire under your hood.

Good luck.

I count only 14 pieces on this list, but there's 16 pieces in the FP kit:

Ok, I see it now. The other two gaskets are for the turbo to manifold and the o2 manifold gasket.

yeah its missing 2 of the gaskets....the turbo gasket is steel and i assume can be reused. But you will need the o2 gasket.

Yup all that needs to be replaced is the J Pipe the VIII's lines can be made to work without issue.

Buschur and FP both sell a nice kit though. I bought the buschur kit when I did my 20g set up back in the day
