Turbo Upgrade Questions

So after vacation and after the holidays I'm going to start working on my turbo upgrade. So I had a few questions from my fellow friends and members that maybe you all could help me with. So given much thought and knowing the limitations of the stock VIII motor I have decieded to upgrade to an Buschur Racing FP3065 turbo kit. Now I spoke a bit with Jarrod @ Buschur and he helped me greatly but I had some more questions.
So to start with the current setup and what I have for the upgrade now. So I have a DC Sports DP with cat delete I was told I can reuse great. I have an AMS lower IC pipe that I can also reuse. I have Precision/AMS 780cc injectors. I have this crappy UPIC HKS pipe.
So to start with the question:
1. Lets start with my injectors will that be enough to see 500whp on C16?
2. I know I need to change my front mount but I don't want to have to trim or hack anything. I have heard Turbo XS and Perrin FMIC are a perfect fit no hacking or trimming. But if I went with another FMC such as AMS would it work with a Carbing Underpanel? I know some IC's the crash bar isn't always the problem but the underpanel gets trimmed.
3. The next thought is the Upper IC pipe and BOV. So I was thinking since I have the upper half pipe and the lower portion of the IC pipe is still stock. Would I benefit from a AMS or Buschur upper IC pipe since I will be running more boost? Now I'm running a HKS SSQV BOV but I feel that 30+ psi is going to be too much for the HKS do you think a Tial would be better? Oh and before anyone answers I will be running EMS.
4. AEM EMS I was wondering should I purchase this with or without the WB o2. I won't be tuning it but I'm not sure if the tune would work better with the WB working with the EMS.

get an ETS 3.5" intercooler...no bumper or undertray trimming and the crash beam still fits...if you aren't tuning I don't see a need to get the AEM with the wideband...ETS also sells intercooler piping kits and mini batteries
