When upgrading an 03 to an FP green turbo which already has intake, exhaust, cams and fuel pump, what is needed to complete the install as far as supporting mods?

No, exhaust manifold is not needed. Do the O2 housing. You need injectors but the size depends on whether ur just gonna run pump or meth, alky, or race gas. A little search and you'll find the answer to this. May wanna get a boost controller if you don't have one. Depending on boost level you wanna run, you may need head stud bolts.

You don't "need" an intake upgrade, or an updraded DV. The intake would be a nice-to-have and the DV would only be needed when the boost pressure warrants it.

 

for my fp green, my setup is going to be ams fmic, 780cc injectors, aem standalone, o2 housing, testpipe, turboback ex, hks 272's, walboro 255fp...

 

just mainly injectors, boost controller and throw on an o2 housing while youre at it. maybe upgrade the ic and piping
