This could be the quickest documented EVO in the world?

He hit the brakes about 50 feet before the finish line because he didnt' want to break into the 9's (he doesn't have his liscence yet) so he would have crossed the line at over 150mph if he stayed in it.

We have about another 150hp to unleash (close to 1000hp total) when once we get some clutch issues worked out.

I have the movie downloaded but I can't play it. Anyone know of a avi player for macs? It won't play in QT or WMP for me.


Never mind. I found a download. If anyone is on a mac and needs a divix decoder for QT go to download.com and in the search box type in avi player and a few pop up.

Look at the right lane i think that is they evo (kinda hard to tell)


It was a 10 something run, the 9.77 was the left lane and it looked like maybe a mirage/galant?

 

In the right lane is the Easy Street WRX, and the Left is our EVO II

The best the car has run is 9.77sec, but it runs from high 9's to low 10's depending on how the clutch is holding.

Mods: you name it!!
The car tips the scales at 2550 with driver.
Turbo is a Garrett GT37, with a 100shot direct port.
The car has the same intercooler core as our EVO 8 core and 2G FMIC kit. Nothing too crazy on this car, just well thought out parts, fabrication, and some good tuning.

 

That's gotta be a smooth riding daily driver, eh?

I think its encoded in divx, download the divx software without the spyware at http://www.divx.com/ and it will install the codec for ya
