0300 misfire code

just got the car back from putting in a 5spd swap and exedy twin...that was the only things that changed then all of a sudden i get a random misfire code...havent taken it up past 3500 rpms..what do you think could have caused this

mods are: im fully bolted on..no injectors or turbo though

check your plugs or maybe when they changed the clutch out they must have disconnected the egr vaccum lines check this also

and i took it out again and nothing has happend yet, i will see what happens tomorrow morning on the way to work
