I installed Forge RS adjustable but on 5th gear bellow 5 psi of boost my car jerks and the bov sounds like a turkey klok! klok! klok! klok! so i will let off the throttle and it will stop the jerking and sound.

Do i need to stiffen it or soften it? or is it really hard to drive on 5th gear with this bov?

 

You should loosen the spring tension on the Forge RS.
