Hmm i was wondering how come all you guys are getting a cel light when you put a stright pipe on and i have the rmr stright pipe and no cel? also anyone out there having problems with there intercooler hoses blowing off the throttle body i think i need a super clamp!

The CEL depends on your driving. To throw the code, the ECU must complete a test it performs during a constant cruise/load test. In other words, it will pop on while you have been driving for a while on the highway, etc.
The clamps the EVO comes with are pretty decent. Make sure your clamp is fairly close to the hosebead on the pipe. If you have cranked it too far it could be damaged. Usually you can tell because it becomes difficult to remove again. Many vendors including myself can get you T-Bolt clamps if you really want to be sure it's on there.
