test pipe flanges

ok, so i got a test pipe off ebay for $64 shipped. it looks real nice, nice welds and stuff...but are both the flanges on each side not supposed to line up? the flanges are about 40 degrees off from each other. myabe 30 degrees. i am talking about just the flanges on the test pipe. please tell me this is the way it's supposed to be!

here is a pic...

already have non-foulers. this test pipe don't have the bung for it but my buschur scca catback should have a bung for the rear o2 sensor....right? im pretty sure it does anyways. haven't received the catback yet.

Yes, the flanges are correct, and yes the rear 02 is in the midpipe not the cat. Your good to go...

why is the test pipe or anything that replaces the stock cat, maybe even the cat....designed with the flanges off like that?
