bad engine codes

bad engine codes

code 335 and 340 on friends evo should my friend sell his evo now? if i remember right its camshaft and crankshaft sensor code. Claims it stutters and has idle problems

Both sensors are about $60-80 a piece.

he is freaking out saying it is going bad on him i have only talked to the kid on the phone but he claims it stutters when he turns his heater on and that it doesnt want to idle i could tell him that and see

no need to remember, the codes are posted in a sticky at the top of the engine/drivetrain forum that you are in. But yes, your memory serves you well.
