Does anyone sell the thick floater plate between the middle of the clutch discs??

All these twin disc sellers, and no one sells this plate??

Yea I was gonna order a new one, and I spoke to Z1 thru email, I think his name was Adam. I was sending emails back and forth and he said he would have to order me one from Japan and it would take 45 days and it would be 145.00. I told him I would call the following Monday, but I called Tuesday instead, and he was not in and the person I spoke to was not able to get it for me because he said I didnt know what it was called. I always thought it was a floater plate, but I had to send Adam a pic to identify it and I had no part number.
