I have a GT3076R. I just finish the prefitting stage on my build. It went together really easily, I just had to find correct thread/length bolts for the mani to turbo & turbo to downpipe.

nice so the downpipe bolted up to the turbo with no problems and the manifold?
did you have any problems bolting up the manifold to the block is it enough space to work with it? I just want to make sure i wont have any fitment problems with it

I will take pics this weekend when I get to the shop. I am mounting the mani and turbo hopefully for the last time this weekend. There was plenty of room between block and mani.
Just like with any turbo kit, the front engine bracket needs clearancing (the part of the bracket that mounts to the transmission on either side of the upper bolt) and I am also having to run a thinner fan (12in) the part of the turbo where the coupler mounts too touches the factory one. There is room to fit the factory radiator in after the turbo is mounts, but any thicker and there would be fitment issues. And last but not least, the downpipe is a lil closer than I like to the a/c line (like 1/2 in away no biggie) I am just going to wrap the line and downpipe in exhaust wrap.
Just a few of the very minor things I have ran into so far, but with the reading that I have done on here, the same things arrise in most other kits.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I opened up the bolt holes on the flange that goes between the head and mani. It didnt fit as smoothly as I would have wanted, so I fixed it. I also already had my upper radiator hose wraped in exhaust wrap from my old setup, so those that havent done that should.

Quote: That flange will support the real Tial 44mm Valve, I know this because I bought the Tial valve from a vender here and it fit just fine.
Have you run it on the car or simply gave it a quick test fit? Once on the car it will leak like a SOB! It is close, but not the same. I installed this on a car and we ended up having to cut off the flange and weld on a Tial flange because of the leak.

Quote: The O2 bung is too far down the pipe. The welds on the manifold are the worst i have ever seen on a manifold.
+1, some of those welds look really bad.

In person the welds look fairly well. As of right now I have just test fitted the Tial 44mm, so far both flanges are squared to one another and fit very well. And compairing the flanges that came with the Tial to the one on the manifold, they appear to be made quite the same. If you are right about it leaking, I will find out within the next 2 weeks.

I have this as well it's a nice peace. The only thing like Ed said is the Tial Flange need to be welded on. It also good to have some one weld a support rod for the WG extention. As for the DP it's a Full 3" its just the 4bolt exhaust flange is 2.5" that all. Iv seen it on a few other evos looks good and hasnt cracked yet aslong as you add the support rod like I said for the WG.

Listen to me Please before you try to bolt it on for real. Put that Tial valve on and bolt the v band down. See if it closes completely or if there is more than an 1/8 inch gap. I was convinced that it would seal even though the v band did not close as tight as it should. I was wrong. Perhaps you got a better flange than the 2 that I have installed but I doubt it. The V band needs to be completly closed at the 2 flat spots. This mani-DP combo IS NOT A BOLT ON affair. It requires significant modifications and some fabrication to work right. You are also going to find out that the DP sits right against your oil pan which is not good. You already realized the problem of bolting it to the turbo. It is impossible to do in the current configuratuion. There is no way to get a wrench or a socket in there to tighten down a bolt to the turbo. This combo is a cheap alternative for someone with fabrication skills and a tig welder. Without these 2 things. It will not work right. You should also reinforce the welds from the WG flange to the manifold. We had one break there after a few months of use. Also the inside of the manifold was filled with welding slag waiting to break off and destroy your turbo. Remember to get in there with a die grinder and clean that crap out.
