Never seen a turbo for so cheap what are your opinions on this turbo, would make more power or just screw your car up?

Not pretty much...it is a cheap Chinese junk turbo. It won't last long at all, and I guarantee it'll cause more headaches than you want to deal with. Don't even think about running it. That turbo is very close in design to their old "super 70" that liked to spin compressor nuts off, disintegrate compressor wheels, or break turbine shafts. Too much oil pressure and they leak like crazy, not enough oil pressure and you won't even get 100 miles out of it. If you really want to look into a large turbo to custom build a kit around, I'd suggest either looking into the larger Holsets (hx35's and up) or a precision PT-61 or similar (if cost of a Garrett is what you want to avoid).

^^haha. yeah never buy a turbo that cheap. its guaranteed to either fail on you or make your motor fail on you. one of the two. my opinion is NO.
