head rebuild sorta...

im goin to be replacing my head gasket, gettin arp studs, and gsc springs. while the heads off im goin to resurface the head..am i goin to have to go with a thicker head gasket or will oem due?? also while the heads at the machine shop what other goodies should i consider porting??? lemme know thanks

Stock head gasket is fine. I would also port the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and throttle body.

If you are sticking with the stock turbo, port the turbo and O2 housing.

^^ yea u jus reminded me i should port the header as well..any idea pricewise it would be for resurface head spring install and header porting??
