this might be a stupid question but..... i was out last night and decided to try to top out my evo. however it seemed like it didnt want to go passed 140. the car felt like it had a lot more but i dont know. can someone tell me whats up is it governed. thanks

 

the car is supposedly governed to 155 stock. however anyone who has had a flash has the governor removed most likely. in which case you can top it off at the rev limiter in 5th, which is about 170ish.... i got a chance to do it on an old naval air station runway
