I have the motor - trans and transfer case all in as well as the driveshaft - half shafts and exhuast - stating to make some progress
Ordered a Weldon pump and regulator will be intsalling that next week
I had the manifold jet hott coated and painted my valve cover
I am really starting to have fun

Yes that is one of Ron's creations and a look which several others have tried to copy since
it really works well and the materials and welding have help up to a lot of abuse

Making steady progress
Got the injectors (RC 1650) cleaned and tested at Marren Motorsports - www.injector.com - they do a great testing service for $100 found that two of them were dirty - now they are all within 2% of each other
A new fuel rail also from Buschur Racing - thanks Buschur

Took the opportunity to clean out the trunk and repaint it with some anti rust paint

reconfigured the fuel cell for external pump and had it serviced also
In my book saftey comes first - although this rig is heavy its the same thing they use in Nascar and good for 140 mph crashes

Work continues on the fuel system - a very costly and time consuming aspect of the build

I just read all 13 pages of this LOL. Went from E-85 politics to overweight-poking.
Anyway, your build looks really nice! Can't wait to see it run, make sure to take some vids!
