thank you...everything is done by hand with a Cleco hand grinder and most of the time high helix burrs from CHA

Tiffani is certainly not just eye candy....she is a vital part of our shop, and is a really good machinist. That pic is from this months Performance Auto and Sound magazine where we have a tech story on the begining process of porting a head. That will be a 5 part story, next being a story on how a valvejob is done on a RB26DET

Buschur stage 3 head. not a real good pic of it but my camera gets blurry if ya get real close.

I don't know who said we don't touch the intake port but that is 100% INCORRECT.

We completely port both sides from the combustion chamber to the head flange on the intake and exhaust side.

GSC First Ported CNC head. This head is used before. Ill get Greg to chime in on what hes done to her. I shift this head at 10,500rpms its seen 10,700rpms. So far we have made 1079 whp at 46psi. This with a ETS 4576r 4202 housing and a Tial 1.00 Exhaust housing I know Greg has done some magic to it and he knows the technical stuff







I sent this head to him pretty banged up i got it used for $300

Yeah both sides of mine are ported. I just took a pic of the exhaust side because I already have the head attached to th block
