PWR Intercooler ?

Is anyone using a PWR intercooler on their Evo (folks in Australia)? I am interested in their core design (extruded), plus they use cast end tanks to improve distribution. I am not very fond of fab'd end tanks as they generally don't maximize distribtion. Thanks in advance...

I used it on our project car, its a bit heavy for a tube fin, because of the cast tanks, but fitment is excellent and performance was good,

ultimately we went to something larger.

Chad -- What did you go with and how did the temperature and pressure change? Thanks

I had a 350hp core for my DSM and it was to date the best FMIC I've ever ran. Better than the kinetic "600" + rated core I run now. The cast end tanks are also very strong and won't break like some sheetmetal endtanks during nitrous or general intake backfires.

Slightly off topic but also still on topic. I run one of their radiators as well. It has seen a couple blown head gaskets. One when I forgot to hook up my boost controller after a boost leak test, that was about 45psi (I think the gauge ended at 45psi and it had it burried). It also held a 4th gear 150mph blow out (I lost a freeze plug and burned my feet, never wear sandals when racing). Some radiators will blow out when exposed to this kind of pressure but the PWR held on and I'm still currently running it. I love their products and will purchase a 600hp core to redo my Kinetic POS.

The Evo I just bought has one on it. Not a bad looking piece at all.
