Speedo problem

Wassup I just got my car back from gruppe s today. I just had the clutch installed and all is well love it. Just one thing when im driving anything below 40mph my speedometer doesn't seem too work up until around 40 plus. The shop offered too fix it for free but since there a far drive I figured it could be something I could do myself. Does anyone have any ideas where too start or too look lol ?

Thanks guys .
