VII ...

You can likely run around 21 - 22 psi safely with a good tune. That means about 1.15 bar.

your not running much boost only 1.0 bar 14.6 psi Try this..get fuel pump, and up boost to 18 psi 1.24 bar. tune for that boost . Make sure that tuner uses wideband to monitor afr's. try the afr's at 11.1 then slowly lean out and add timing. Repeat cycle to desired boost. Remember not to go nuts on the timing

it largely depends on your tune, you can run up to 26 psi spikes on a stock turbo with a safe tune. . .

I run 25-26 PSI peak.... 22-23 PSI at redline on 93 OCT. Two years and still good to go!

When I was in Korea, there were some pumps on 96 or 98 (Can not remember exactly) but a guy had an Evo 7 and was running 27 PSI on a stock turbo. Tuned by HKS Korea.

Note: Not sure about the quality or if the car was pushed to the max.
