Would this really work?

Im wondering if this would really get the temps down as much as 70%. For only about $40. Roll it up like a mummy

im sure it would, just like coating with ceramics.....

if you spray'd it flat black too it might not even look that bad...

The wrap is good to use on intake pipes and such but not on turbocharged exhaust manifolds. Turbo manifolds get extremely hot; I’ve heard of manifolds cracking because the wrap didn't allow for proper heat dissipation.

what about the wrap getting wet (hood vent or driving in the rain) and causing your manifold to rot ?

Then does it mean that even ceramic coating is bad too?
Is it a fact or an opinion?
