Arrow Heatshield touchup/rust

I noticed a very small amount of rust around the bolts holding the heat shield in place. This is something I predicted would happen waaaaay before I bought the car.

Has anyone attempted to repaint the heat shield and heat shield bolts? The stock flat black paint is VERY delicate. You can pratically rub it off with your fingers.

I would like to keep the flat black stock appearence. Nothing shiney. Does anyone have a matching paint code or brand of paint?

Lightsped,

I've repainted my heatshield twice. I use high temp (1500F) flat black paint. I totally wirebrush off the old paint first and sandpaper the shield then heat it before applying paint. I don't paint the bolts just wirebursh them every now and then (take them off first) repainting is every 6-8 months.
