Tranny help / suggestion

I need some suggestions. My mods are in my sig. Stock clutch at 32,000. I was having a very tough time with 3rd gear grinding and 2nd and 4th being very notchy. Redline MT90 fluid in the tranny. I obviously thought my synchro's were shot. For the past three days, my transmission has mysteriously been acting okay. I can now shift without the notchy or grinding feeling. Nothing was changed, so I cannot understand how this drastic change could occur. In the past, I've always noticed differences in my transmission as far as shifting and clutch feel go. My question is, which scenario below seems the most likely? One last thing to add...

Synchro's? - Why would they work one minute and not the next?

Clutch pedal? - has already been adjusted many times. This didn't seem to have much of an effect when the car was grinding.

Slave Cylinder? - No leaks

Air in the lines? - the pedal doesn't really feel softer than normal.

Bad clutch / pressure plate, TOB? - Possibly? Clutch doesn't seem to slip. I thought it did, but it was just my damn mbc.

Drastic change in temperature? Maybe you didnt lock down the nut on the clutch pedal adjustment and the pedal worked itself to the top.

Over the weekend it did get very cold, maybe in the low teens... Now though it's near 32. Over the winter thus far, the average temp seems to be in the 30's. Could a sharp drop in temp have done something?

I was actually going to ask about the temperature as well. I've noticed mine is harder to shift when it is colder outside and a lot easier when the weather is nicer.
